- HEAVY DUTY SPINDLE: The headstock spindle is machined from forged alloy steel. It is hardened, ground and dynamically balanced. The spindle has three (3) point high grade precision bearings support.
- 16 SPEED GEARED HEADSTOCK: There are 16 headstock gear ranges from 8-800 RPM. Electronic control panel with ON-OFF power indicator light, emergency stop push button and spindle jogging push button. A 1/4HP electric pump provides the headstock with forced pressure lubrication
- BED and BASE: One-piece machine floor base is made of solid cast iron. Wide bed design is made of Meehanite casting that is vibration stress relieved. Bed ways are induction hardened to HRC 53 and precision ground. The precision hand scraped bed is designed with a removable gap. The 2V and flat solid bed structure provides rigidity that assures accuracy and maximum stability.
