Hello,
I’m in the UK and recently acquired a 10″ regal in fairly good condition albeit rather liberaly and badly over painted. I’ve started stripping the bad paint job and re- painting initially working on the tail stock and that part looks pretty sharp now. Having started at the 5ail end I’ve seen the serial number is A-839. I think the “A” may mark it as a 10″ swing. Would you be able to give me an idea of the manufacture date?

Nice article about painting…I just acquired a LeBlond SN…NE4748…I would like to know how old this machine is and maybe where it came from please
